The Clean 20, Clean 40 and Clean combi are made out of stainless steel and have been created to separate glass or stone particals from processing water by means of flocculent.

This installation can be used as a central cleaning system in large processing
companies or as a bypass system for large water tanks in the floor.

Automation of this machine can be expanded with various water levellers, automatic exchange of water by means of increase of salinity, cooling oil adjustment and flocculent control.
The CLEAN COMBI offers the most effective cleaning capability.
This is down to two dirt catching cones combined in one system. This installation
works as a by-pass system and assures the maximum cleaning capacity will
be reached.
Dirty water is pumped into the dirty water section of the vertical tank. This water is then drawn from underneath the tank via the special pump and into the Clean 20. The separated water flows from the Clean 20 back into the clean section of the vertical tank.
If this water contains any solids, they will sediment in the cone of the vertical tank and will be pumped away with the dirty water in the next cycle.
Water that is lost due to leakage and dropping out of the water system will be automatically refilled.
